Manchester United Borrow Kingsley Coman, If Fail to Buy Jadon Sancho

Man United are reportedly interested in borrowing Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman (24 years old).

As quoted from The Athletic, United have established communication with the player regarding the move to Old Trafford.

Coman is an alternative to Man United if it fails to secure the services of Borussia Dortmund winger, Jadon Sancho (20 years).

Dortmund is selling Sancho around £ 100 million. Yes, the value is expensive in the post-pandemic corona virus crisis.

Together with Aston Villa captain, Jack Grealish, Sancho has indeed become the priority target of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s manager at the transfer window this summer.

But an interesting one, Sancho only brought in Dortmund from Man United rivals Manchester City for £ 8 million in August 2017.

Especially in the last 13 months, Man United has spent more than £ 200 million to bring in a quartet: Harry Maguire, Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Daniel James, and Bruno Fernandes.

The position of Coman at Bayern will be threatened by the presence of Leroy Sane. The last name was officially recruited from Man City for £ 54.8 million last July.

Even so, the Bayern have not intended to release Coman permanently, although not the coach’s first choice. This season, the Frenchman scored four goals and four assist in 24 games in the Bundesliga.

Coman brought in Bayern from Juventus in 2017 and is still under contract at the Allianz Arena until June 2023.
