Man Utd waits to jump while Milan stands still with a price of € 50 million for the star of the midfield

Manchester United are pushing forward in the race for former Arsenal midfielder Ismael Bennacer, reportedly from his homeland.

Bennacer has resumed his career in Italy since he left Arsenal in 2017. Algerian moved to Milan last summer after impressing for Empoli in the previous two years.

While his previous visit to England had brought only a substitute appearance, Bennacer may be ready for another crack in the Premier League.

The midfielder has been linked with both clubs in Manchester, United and City. And according to the Algerian source competition, are the first to take Bennacer seriously.

Their report states that United is “waiting for the green light” from Milan to make a move. However, they are catching up, as Paris Saint-Germain has already made contact with its representatives.

PSG reportedly put € 40 million on the table, but Milan resisted for 50 million euros. The player is aware of the interest, however, with the Parisians offering a large salary to get him to sign a five-year contract.

BENNACER COMMENTS ON INTERESTS

Last month, Bennacer admitted that he was only focusing on issues on the ground, rather than transferring speculation.

Bennacer continued his rise to prominence last summer when he won the African Nations Cup as a tournament player with Algeria.
