Man United signs £ 22.5m Real Madrid star, latest news on the future of £ 50m star

The Premier League is in its final month of matches and it won’t be long before the clubs dive into the summer transfer market.

While the title has been decided, there are still some issues to be resolved, with qualifications for Europe and relegation still to be sorted.

A name that’s repeatedly connected to a Premier League switch is James Rodriguez. The midfielder who once lit an entire World Cup fought for Real Madrid in general and Man United is thought to be in the driver’s seat for his signing.

Elsewhere, Dwight McNeil continues to be connected with a move to Old Trafford and Sean Dyche talked about how the job the young man is doing is now preparing him for life on the football stage.

Here are the latest rumors about Premier League transfers and gossip.

James connected with the Premier League move

James Rodriguez has made it clear to Real Madrid that he no longer wants to play for the club – and may be ready for a move to the Premier League.

The Spanish giants will try to unload the attacking midfielder this summer, having lost the takings on him last year when they concluded an agreement with Atletico Madrid.

James spent two seasons on loan at Bayern Munich, but the German giants chose not to take the chance to sign the 28-year-old last summer after a disappointing season.

According to Marca, Everton, Arsenal, Manchester United and Wolves are all interested in bringing Colombia’s foreign country to the Premier League this summer.

Dwight McNeil most recent

Dwight McNeil has to get used to a heavy workload if he wants to succeed in a Premier League club, according to Burnley boss Sean Dyche.

“It’s all part of your development,” said the young man’s Dyche, who has been linked with a move to Manchester United in the past few months and seems confident of leaving Turf Moor at some point in the coming years.

“If he goes where I think he can, then he will play many games.

“If he goes to one of the best teams in the future, he will be asked to play many games.

“I think mentally and physically it doesn’t hurt him to play these games when he’s trying to face him, be diligent, do all the basics and try to find a moment for the team. I don’t think he’ll do any harm.”

Mata’s eyes move to Turkey

Juan Mata would like to leave Manchester United this summer and reportedly hopes to join the Turkish Fenerbahce team.

The Spanish national team has struggled to play with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this season, and may well be surpassing United Jack Grealish’s target requirements.

Mata signed a new contract at Old Trafford last summer, but with declining appearances, the player is thought to be eager to get away.

The Turkish website Sanaursuz Futbol (via Express) reports that Fenerbahce president Ali Koc has discussed the signing of Mata and that the Super Lig club is confident that the director will land.

Inter talk about Emerson

Inter have reportedly entered into negotiations with Chelsea over the signing of left-back Emerson Palmieri.

Antonio Conte is ready to reunite with the Italian international, who signed for the Blues in January 2018, with Inter ready to offer around £ 18 million for the defender.

According to the Guardian, Chelsea intend to ask for a higher commission for the 25-year-old, who is under contract on Stamford Bridge until 2022.

Juventus are also said to be interested in Emerson, who appears to be out of Frank Lampard’s plans, with Ben Chilwell of Leicester City a summer target for the Chelsea boss.
