KOMPAS.com – Liverpool coach Juergen Klopp has planned his future in the next five years.

Klopp decided to leave Liverpool after his contract expired in June 2024.

After that, the man from Germany decided to rest for one year.

The plan was revealed by Klopp in a joint interview SWR Sport.

“Four more years at Liverpool and not doing anything for a year,” he said, as reported by ESPN.

“But in the next five years, the world can look different,” Klopp said.

Klopp has just listed his name in the history books of the Premier League.

He became the first coach to deliver Liverpool into the Premier League champions since the Premier League era began.

Klopp, who was a player and coach at Mainz 05, also plans to return to the club based at the Opel Arena.

“There is no doubt to move on, after my career (at Liverpoool),” Klopp said.

“Most likely back to Mainz,” he said.

Meanwhile, Liverpool have just three more parties in the Premier League this season.

The Reds will face Arsenal, Chelsea and Newcastle United.

“Liverpool players are always excited,” Klopp said of the remaining matches at the end of the season.

“We have been relatively successful for two and a half years because of the extraordinary players,” he said.
