“Garkalne” / “Livonia” and Ķekava “Miesnieki” teams in Lithuania suffer losses in “Top” league games

Latvian rugby teams “Garkalne” / “Livonia” and “Miesnieki” suffered losses in Lithuania in the “Top” league games on Saturday.

“Garkalne” / “Livonia” lost to “Šiauliai” with 20:24 (15:17).

Markuss Krallišs, Kristers Rubins and Gundars Grieķis took the ball behind the final line to the Latvian champion, but Enco Ignasio Beltramino was on the ground and an accurate penalty kick.

The Livonians were in the lead several times in this match, including in the second half with 20:17, but the last word in the fight belonged to the Lithuanian club.

Meanwhile, “Miesnieki” with the result 30:41 (13:27) acknowledged the superiority of Kaunas “Ažuola”.
