Twenty-five-year-old striker Rigino Cicilia comes to Uherské Hradiště from the Dutch FC Eindhoven, who scored eleven goals for the current team in the last year of the second Dutch league, to which he added six assists. He was the best shooter of a lesser-known professional team from Eindhoven, who lives in the shadow of the famous PSV.
