The Canterbury Bulldogs have confirmed that they are investigating a video that has appeared online with Adam Elliott.
The club has taken up the matter with the integrity unit of the NRL.
The Bulldogs released the following statement Thursday evening:
“The Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs would like to confirm that they know that a video of Adam Elliott has appeared,” the statement said.
“The video refers to something that was filmed at a private meeting five years ago.
“The club has informed the NRL Integrity Unit of the matter.”
Today’s news comes after the Bulldogs previously headed an off-field scandal involving former players Jayden Okunbor and Corey Harawira-Naera.
The duo had already canceled registrations from the NRL for their role in the school girl scandal in February.
