A perfect start for Max Kepler: The German baseball professional helped the Minnesota Twins to get off to an ideal start to the season in the North American professional league MLB with two home runs. The Twins won 10: 5 against the Chicago White Sox. “Since we have 60 games, we have to put our punches in early,” said 27-year-old Kepler, adding: “I was ready.” Due to the corona virus pandemic, the regular season has been shortened. Instead of the originally planned 162 games, 60 will be played.
