The International Coast of Ivory was unable to complete his team’s game against Stamford Bridge after suffering another injury

Former Juventus and Borussia Dortmund midfielder Sunday Oliseh urged football fans to pray for Manchester United defender Eric Bailly, who suffered a head injury on Sunday.

The International Ivory Coast, which made its sixth start for the Red Devils this season, lasted only 45 minutes in the 3-1 defeat of the FA Cup semi-final against Chelsea at Wembley.

The central defender was lengthened with a neck brace after a head fight with his teammate Harry Maguire and was later replaced by Anthony Martial.

Strikes by Olivier Giroud, Mason Mount and a Maguire own goal made Bruno Fernandes’ late effort consoling and saw the Blues advance towards the final of the competition.

Since his debut season when he made 30 appearances for the Red Devils, the defender has struggled with various injury problems that have limited his playing time.

In the 2018-19 campaign, the defender participated in 14 games in 818 minutes and this season made only nine appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men.

“We all pray for Bailly’s speedy recovery. [He’s] been very unfortunate with injuries in recent years. such an extraordinary and solid defender when in shape. Get well soon, brother, “tweeted Oliseh.
