Arsenal has tied Bukayo Saka to a long-term contract, the club announced Wednesday. Sources told ESPN that it is a four-year deal.
Saka, 18, has made 33 appearances this season, playing mainly on the left flank and has contributed three goals and 11 assists.

“Bukayo is a talented and intelligent young player,” said manager Mikel Arteta on the club’s website. “He impressed me with his work ethic and attitude to learn and adapt, and he paid off in his performances.
“I am excited to continue working with him to develop it further and to help us achieve our goals.”
Arsenal’s technical director, Edu, said that Saka’s extension is a sign that the club’s academy is proving successful in developing young players.
“This is something that everyone involved wanted to happen and we are delighted that Bukayo has signed a new long-term contract,” added Edu.
“He is making great progress and is one of many young players who have developed through our academy. This is so important to us as we progress as a club.”
