Among the reports that the governor of the state governor of Abia, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, is very ill and unresponsive to COVID-19 treatment, the governor was caught playing ping-pong in his isolation center on Thursday.
Ikpeazu, who tested positive for coronavirus in June, Thursday, hired Dr. Godfrey Achilihu, MD, in a game of table tennis.
However, reports arriving at POST DAILY indicate that the Governor has completely recovered from the disease and will soon be declared negative.
It is expected to officially resume next week.
On Thursday 2 July, the state of Abia 320 confirmed the COVID-19 cases.
