The PGA Tour will allow three golfers who are still positive for COVID-19 to compete in the Workday Charity Open at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio this weekend.
Dylan Frittelli, Denny McCarthy and Nick Watney – who all continued to test positive for COVID-19 – will be paired together for the first two rounds of the tournament. The PGA Tour released a statement Wednesday to clarify the inclusion of the trio in the Open Day charity work camp.

In the statement, the PGA Tour stressed that it was still paying close attention to the return of the players to the field. Frittelli, McCarthy and Watney will be paired together on Thursday and Friday and will not have access to the indoor facilities of the tournament.
