Three players from PSG women’s teams test positive for coronavirus

Paris Saint-Germain said on Saturday that three players from its women’s teams have tested positive for coronavirus.

PSG said in a statement that one player from the main women’s team and two players from the under 19 team had positive results.

Canadians Ashley Lawrence and Jordyn Huitema play for PSG’s senior women’s team, which will resume training on Monday.

Earlier this week, PSG said three male team players and a staff member were infected with the virus during the blockade when they were out of touch.

PSG said they are no longer contagious and can train normally.
