In early June, Novak Djoković organized tournaments in Belgrade and Zadar. The stands were filled with spectators, without any spacing, and the tennis players themselves played games together after the matches.

A few days later, it turned out that the players Grigor Dimitrov, Borna Corić, Viktor Troicki, Djoković himself, as well as his wife are infected with coronavirus.

The organizer is heavily criticized for his behavior, but hooligans in Split definitely crossed the border. “Djoković, die. Your death is now our only desire. Greetings from Split, God help us” – it was written on one of the walls in Croatian Split. The inscription was blurred after the reaction of the city authorities.

The family and his coach take Djokovic’s defense. – Pointing the finger at the organizers is a mistake, because everyone followed the instructions of the authorities – said Marian Vajda (more HERE).
