In an Instagram post on Monday, Mauricio Pochettino’s son confirmed that he had signed a new contract with Tottenham, while continuing his development as a professional footballer in the Spurs youth system. Mauricio Pochettino was at his son’s side while signing a new contract while sporting a Tottenham kit. The Pochettino Tottenham kit was a surprise to many after the Argentine tactician was fired last year after a string of poor results after the start of the 2019-20 Premier League season.
The Tottenham Pochettino kit has called for fond memories for Spurs fans, with the former Southampton boss leading the club in last season’s Champions League final. Mauricio Pochettino’s son has not yet made his debut for the Tottenham first team and is unlikely to do so under current manager Jose Mourinho, who has a wide range of attack options available. However, Maurizio Pochettino could make a turn in the years to come, with the winger known for his eye for the goal.

Kit Mauricio Pochettino Tottenham: Argentine managerial period in North London
Tottenham announced Mauricio Pochettino as manager before the 2014-15 season, and his first season was largely successful with Spurs reaching the League Cup final and finishing fifth in the Premier League. In the next few years, Pochettino made Tottenham a regular in the Champions League, while his policy of promoting young players and football favored the construction of the 62,303-seat Tottenham Hotspur Stadium club, replacing the 36,284-seat White Hart Lane.
The Spurs did not make any transfers for the entire 2018-19 season, but Pochettino’s genius saw them finish fourth in the championship and reach the Champions League final. The Argentine, however, failed to maintain his team’s performance level in the 2019-2020 season and was subsequently fired from the club, having presided over 293 games as head of Tottenham.
