Moreno, a Spanish Under-18 international, is immediately loaned to Girona, which is part of the City Football Group.
19-year-old Correia came to Turin for medical treatment on Sunday after borrowing the 2019/20 season from Dutch team AZ Alkmaar.
In the meantime, Athletic Claim City is keen to sign Bournemouth star Nathan Ake.
The 25-year-old central defender was an outstanding player in a difficult Cherries team that is in the relegation zone due to goal differences and has eight games to play.
Vincent Kompany still has to replace the city after the 34-year-old ended his 11-year collaboration with the club last summer.
Since John Stones and Nicolas Otamendi could not fill Kompany’s gap, City boss Pep Guardiola had to play against midfielder Fernandinho in defense this season.

Ake was spotted by the city’s boy scouts before the winter break, and although they didn’t move in the January transfer window, interest is still there.
The Dutch international, who is under contract for two more years, will almost certainly leave Bournemouth when his five-year stay in the Premier League ends next month.
Akes former club Chelsea and Man City are his only “realistic goals” for a future transfer.
