Cédric Cambon bows out. Free after the end of his contract in Orleans (L2, relegated to National 1), the 33-year-old defender announced this Friday that he is ending his professional career. “I was able to realize my childhood dream,” he says in a long message posted on social networks (see below). “I accomplished this as a footballer but also as a man. Football is a great school of life which taught me the values of sharing, of surpassing oneself and the discovery of so many cultures and religions which make me today a tolerant man and open to the world ”, adds this native of Montpellier, who went through the MHSC, Evian-Thonon-Gaillard, Le Havre and therefore Orléans, since 2017. We have also seen him in the Bulgarian championship, with two years at Litex Lovetch.
