Why aren’t there more black coaches in top clubs? This is the question posed two weeks ago on British television, Raheem Sterling. It must be said that the Manchester City star is actively fighting in the fight against racism in England and particularly in the world of football.
Chelsea coach Frank Lampard praised the English striker’s commitment to the fight before nuancing some of his allegations and comparisons.

If Gerrard and Lampard are currently coaching the Glasgow Rangers and Chelsea, Campbell is indeed at the helm of Southend United, an English third division club, while Cole takes care of the Chelsea under-15 team. “Give black coaches and elsewhere not just coaches, but all the people who deserve it in their respective fields, the right opportunity,” insisted Sterling.
