1st league Key matches ahead of Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała

The players of Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała played for the last time in Ekstraklasa in 2016. They are currently the leaders of the first league, and their next rivals will be GKS Bełchatów on Thursday and Radomiak on Sunday. Victories could bring “Highlanders” closer to returning to the elite.

In 28 matches Podbeskidzie accumulated 55 points and is ahead of PGE FKS Stal Mielec – 54 and Warta Poznań – 53. Two teams will directly advance, and the third after the play-offs with teams from positions 3-6.

From Tuesday to Sunday, the 29th and 30th queues will be played. The team from Bielsko-Biała will first meet with GKS Bełchatów, who is struggling to maintain it, and then take Radomiak, who ranks fourth on the table. Radomians have lost 0-2 in Mielec recently, and their loss to the leader and vice-leader is eight and seven points. Six game series remain until the end of the season.

Podbeskidzie already in the fourth season competes in the 1st league, usually taking place in the middle of the table. This time he has a good chance of success, although before the victory over Stomil Olsztyn 2-0 (June 28) he made three draws in a row.

This week, the players will play with the eighth GKS Jastrzębie and the 15th Odra Opole. The opponents of Warta will be 16. Chrobry Głogów and 11. Puszcza Niepołomice.

There is a very large group of candidates to play in the Premier League play-offs. Anyway, the differences are so small that some teams also have a chance to fight for promotion, but just have to “look” behind them to not find themselves in the relegation zone.

Two clubs stand out clearly: Chojniczanka Chojnice and Wigry Suwałki. The first one will play in Opole and with Sandecia Nowy Sącz, while Wigry in Radom and with GKS Jastrzębie.
