Kerr took the heroes back as coach in 2014. Since then, Golden State has won three championships. The Warriors are playing in the fifth final of the NBA and are looking to win their fourth title in five years time.
Kerr signed a contract extension with the Dubs last summer. Certainly, it's easy to train a team with Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, but Kerr is the one who keeps it all together and sustains all the things in the huddle.
Kerr won as the Coach of the Year in 2016. That season the Warriors 73 won a regular season record of the NBA, although they lost LeBron James, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love in the final in seven games.
Kerr won five championships during his lifetime – three with Chicago Bulls and two with San Antonio Spurs. Now, Kerr wants to win his fourth title as the warrior coach. It has to go down as one of the all-weather winners in NBA history.
