Christian Ronald’s medical tests surprise everyone in Turin

Juventus doctors were surprised by what they saw: because the body of a 33-year-old athlete is comparable to that of a twenty-year-old.

Christian Ronald has only 7% fat in his body. For a sporty, well-trained man, this figure is around 20%, but for most professional footballers (including the Juventus team) around 10-11%. In addition, half of the Portuguese body is covered by muscles, while for other footballers it is about 46%.

According to Italian sports journalist Mateo Boneti, Ronaldu ran 33.98 kilometers during the recent World Cup, making it the fastest of the participants who have been able to measure such a long distance: so basically all the teams that went further (France, Croatia, Belgium, England … .) leading players. These facts prove that, unlike most footballers, Christian Ronaldo at the age of 33 should definitely not be called a veteran.

We must also not forget Ronald’s fantastic goal in the UEFA Champions League match against his new team, when an 187-centimeter-long athlete hits the ball at a height of 230 centimeters.

Italian media point out that the only thing the Portuguese superstar has lost a bit is the speed of movement. He is fast, but no longer among the fastest in the world. Last season, Ronald’s top speed was 33.25 kilometers per hour, while the English Premier League’s fastest player, Leroy Sane, who was not included in the German national team for the World Cup, reached 35.48 kilometers per hour. However, the two men are far from the fastest football player on the planet – 19-year-old Kiliana Mbape, the prodigy of the French national team.

According to football reviewer Robin Bairner, in last season’s French championship game between PSG and “Lille”, the French super talent has even developed the pace of the world’s fastest man, Usein Bolt.

During the breakthrough, he even reached 44.7 kilometers per hour, while Bolt, reaching the world record in 100 meters (9.58 seconds), reached 44.72 kilometers per hour at the peak. The average pace of the whole breakthrough in Mbape was 36 kilometers per hour, while for Bolt – 37.5 kilometers per hour – the difference is really small.
