The delegation is scheduled to depart Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of October 10 bound for Aichi-Nagoya. Upon arrival, athletes will undergo disability classification, attend technical meetings, and complete training sessions from October 12 through October 16 to adjust to local venue conditions. The official flag-raising ceremony takes place on the afternoon of October 16 ahead of the opening ceremony on October 18.
