Pécs, Hungary – The Spanish badminton team will have representation in the final day of competition at the 2nd Multi Alarm Youth International, as the women’s doubles pairing of Maia Freire and Xulia Otero will contest the tournament final on Sunday.
The Galician duo will be aiming for the title against Slovenia’s Sara Bregar and Mila Vrhovnik, following a strong performance throughout the competition. Freire and Otero secured their place in the final after defeating England’s Nnok Yi Chui and Ava Dodkins in the semi-finals, solidifying their strong form in the decisive stage of the championship.
