“I wanted to try it, I like being able to train children. I love football, so that’s why it led me to it. We have a great team, I’m actually there with Monča (Schubertová), with Naty Kotůlka and coach Ondra Chlad,” says Ema Jindřichová, who celebrated her eighteenth birthday a few days ago. The “congratulators” were the footballers of the U16 category of FK Baník Most-Souš, with whom the footballers from Most played in preparation. And it almost turned out that one goal for each year. The girls lost to stronger boys 1:21. “Well, such a celebration,” giggled Jindřichová. “But the girls and I enjoyed it again. We managed the second half of the match, even though we couldn’t do much anymore and we were tired. I’m especially happy that I was able to spend my birthday with the girls and the whole team. The real celebration will definitely take place, so I don’t know when yet, but something will definitely happen,” she added seriously.

Coach David Novák promised his charges hard preparation and he keeps his word. The third league is no longer a fun competition, and Novák wants to prepare the girls for the spring and try to improve their bronze position after the fall. That is also why Jindřich welcomed the test of strength with the boys.
“The match definitely gave me the perspective that we have to work harder on our physicality and also give ourselves more balloons than we were used to until now. It is definitely harder than playing against girls, because the boys have better physicality than us, they are more mobile, it was simply harder. But I welcome it,” Jindřichová described. What else did she say about preparation? “We run a lot, we try as much as possible to be ready for the season.”
