Standing six feet and six inches tall, Bryant was selected 14th overall by the Spurs in the last draft. He averages 2.5 points per game in 35 games this season.
The winner of the last three editions, Mac McClung, will not participate in the event.
Activities surrounding the All-Star Game will take place from February 13 to 15 at the home of the Clippers.
