Landes Football District – Local Football News

The Landes de Football District condemns in the strongest terms any comments or behavior of a racist, discriminatory nature or contrary to the fundamental values of sport, likely to occur on or around football fields.

Landes football aims to be a space of respect, sharing and living together. No form of racism has any place there. Each act or comment of this nature undermines the dignity of people, sporting ethics and the principles that the Landes Football District defends and promotes on a daily basis.

When facts are brought to its attention and duly noted, the District will systematically initiate all disciplinary and regulatory procedures provided for by the federal texts in force, with the greatest rigor, once the facts are proven.

However, it is recalled that, as long as the competent departmental commissions are officially notified and the procedures are being investigated, the District’s communication possibilities are voluntarily limited in strict compliance with the duty of confidentiality, the presumption of innocence and the independence of the disciplinary authorities.

The Landes Football District finally reaffirms its determination to fight tirelessly against all forms of discrimination and calls on all stakeholders in Landes football — managers, educators, referees, players and supporters — to bring the values of respect and responsibility to life, together.
