1. Core recruitment conditions
1. Age and nationality: 16-40 years old (born from 1986-01-01 to 2010-12-31), only Chinese males, holding a resident ID card of the People’s Republic of China.
2. Changsha territorial qualifications (meet one of the following): ① Settled in Changsha with household registration before 2024-12-31; ② The first four digits of the ID number are 4301 (Changsha code).
3. Participation restrictions: Athletes who have registered in the CBA and NBL leagues are not allowed to participate.
4. Introducing players: Current students registered in Hunan Province (regardless of household registration) must provide proof of valid student status in Hunan before December 31, 2024.
5. Health requirements: Good health, no major diseases that are not suitable for high-intensity basketball sports, and able to cooperate with training and competition arrangements.

1. ID card, household register (household registration certificate), student status certificate (introducing players), household registration/ID card territorial supporting materials.
2. Personal basketball resume.
3. Selection process
1. Registration: Submit materials to the designated email/address according to the notification, and the subject of the email is marked “Hunan BA Changsha Men’s Basketball Registration + Name”.
2. Qualification review: The working group will strictly check the materials. Only those who pass the review can participate in the trial training. Those who do not meet the conditions will be disqualified.
3. Trial training and selection: skills test, group confrontation, and examination of technology, physical fitness, and teamwork.
4. Publicity and recruitment: After the list is determined, it will be publicized on the official website of Changsha Sports Bureau. Those who have no objections to the publicity will be selected and participate in the training camp.
