According to the Italian transfer expert, Juventus wants to hold new talks with the Argentinian’s entourage in the coming days. The club is trying to get ahead of other candidates, such as Atlético Madrid and FC Barcelona. If Bournemouth wants to earn something from the former Feyenoord player, the club will have to act now, because Senesi can leave on a free transfer next summer due to his expiring contract.
Senesi is in his third season in the Premier League. The 28-year-old man has already played nineteen league matches this season, in which he picked up six yellow cards and provided three assists. He is a permanent fixture in coach Andoni Iraola’s team. Before his time in England, Senesi wore not only the shirt of Feyenoord, but also that of the Argentinian club San Lorenzo. He played 116 games in three seasons with the Rotterdam team.
Senesi also has international experience. He played two international matches for Argentina, but was not included in the 2022 World Cup. His market value is currently estimated by Transfermarkt at 22 million euros. However, due to his expiring contract, Bournemouth will have to settle for an amount that is most likely below that price. Feyenoord can also benefit if they act now. The club negotiated a resale percentage when selling to Bournemouth.
