Pontivy Badminton: All-Women’s Tournament 2024 | 80 Players

The third edition of the 100% female tournament, the PondiBad Girls, organized on Sunday January 4 by the Réveil Laïque Pontivyen Badminton, attracted 80 players, including twelve Pontivyennes. “Our tournament is growing well. With, out of the eight series offered, players from NC to R4 level. For the first time, we welcomed a wheelchair player, Karine Cabrisseau, from Ploemeur Badminton, and the tournament was orchestrated for the benefit of the Pontivy association The Kif of Maëlys. All profits from the organization, as well as from the raffle, thanks to the prizes offered by the Intermarché store in Pontivy, will be donated to the association on the occasion of our national tournament, on February 7 and 8,” explains Carine Torcheux, co-president of RLP Badminton.
