The National Directorate of Refereeing (DNA) announces the start of the FIFA RAP Course – Preseason for Elite Referees, which will take place in the city of Mar del Plata from January 12 to 17, with the participation of international and top category referees of Argentine football.
The training is organized by the DNA, under the leadership of its Director, Federico Beligoy, and the Technical Manager Fernando Rapallini, and will also have the notable presence of the FIFA instructor from Uruguay, Roberto Silvera, who will be an active part of the training body.
The work schedule will be divided into two daily blocks:
• In the morning, physical tasks will be carried out on the Aldosivi Club grounds, aimed at athletic preparation and high performance.
• In the afternoon, theoretical, technical and analysis sessions will be held in classrooms at the Sheraton Mar del Plata Hotel, addressing regulatory, interpretation and arbitration management aspects.
As a notable and unprecedented event in Argentine refereeing, in this edition the entire theoretical content of the FIFA RAP Course will be broadcast live via Zoom to the rest of the referees from all the First Divisions in the country. In this way, they will be able to benefit from the same training material that international referees receive, strengthening the unification of criteria and the collective growth of national arbitration.
This initiative reaffirms the commitment of the National Refereeing Directorate to excellence, continuous training and alignment with FIFA standards, fundamental pillars for the development and hierarchy of Argentine arbitration.
