A simple image was enough to start the fantasy machine. This week, after the meeting between the Minnesota Timberwolves and the Miami Heat, Anthony Edwards embraced Bam Adebayo and whispered a few words in his ear. Two close friends, two faces of Team USA… and, for some, perhaps a future duo. In Miami, we know better than anyone that big stories sometimes start with a simple moment captured on camera.
The debate quickly took place on the No Fouls podcast, where Danny Green and Paul Pierce delivered two radically opposing visions.
