Among the 34 official delegates from Thanh Hoa Province attending this National Competition Congress, many are only in their 20s and 30s but have already proven themselves with impressive performances.

Hoang Thi Tinh, born in 1994, is known as one of the “Golden Girls” of the Thanh Hoa sport.
Hoang Thi Tinh began her judo career at the young age of 15 and, after decades of dedicated training and competition, has amassed a remarkable track record, including three gold medals at the 30th, 31st and 32nd Southeast Asian Games, a gold medal at the Asian Beach Games, a gold medal at the 2024 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, and, most notably, historic qualification for the 2024 Olympic Finals in Paris.
At the 11th National Competition Congress, Hoang Thi Tinh shared an inspiring story about her passion for martial arts and her tireless dedication to its realization. Her unwavering determination helped the girl, who was born in a coastal village in Thanh Hoa province, become one of Asia’s leading judo athletes.
Hoang Thi Tinh shared, “As a delegate from Thanh Hoa Province attending the 11th National Competition Congress, I feel very honored and proud. I hope to contribute my voice to spreading the values that sports instill, and I also hope to interact with and learn from young people at the Congress, thereby developing myself.”

Capt. Le Trong Linh, platoon leader of 12.7mm SMPK Platoon, Mixed Artillery Company, Mixed Battalion, Me Island.
Captain Le Trong Linh, born in 1998, is currently a platoon leader of the 12.7mm SMPK Platoon of the Mixed Artillery Company of the Me Island Mixed Battalion, Command Post 5 – Tinh Gia, Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command.
Captain Linh is characterized by her energetic and proactive way of working and has repeatedly earned the title of “Outstanding Soldier at the Base” and “Advanced Soldier” over many years. She was also awarded certificates of commendation from the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and the Secretary of the Provincial Youth League.
Captain Le Trong Linh, who represented the younger generation of the Thanh Hoa Armed Forces at the 11th National Competition Congress, said: “This is an opportunity for me to meet and exchange ideas with exemplary personalities from all over the country, including many officers and soldiers of the Armed Forces; this gives me strength and motivation to continue to carry out my assigned tasks well, contribute to building a strong and comprehensive unity and resolutely protect the Socialist Republic of Vietnam…”

Representative Pham Doan Nhat Anh.
Born in 2004, Pham Doan Nhat Anh is one of the youngest delegates from Thanh Hoa Province to attend the 11th National Competition Congress. As a student and committed youth organization official at Hong Duc University, Nhat Anh actively participates in the competitive movements initiated by the university and achieves excellent study and training success.
Nhat Anh shared, “I am very proud to represent the students of Hong Duc University in particular and the students of Thanh Hoa Province in general at the 11th National Competition Congress. This is a great opportunity for me to develop and improve myself, learn, expand my knowledge and understanding and improve my social skills, so as to fulfill the role and responsibility of the younger generation in the words of Uncle Ho: ‘Wherever there is hardship, the youth is there; wherever there is difficulty.’ there, the youth is there.’”
With inspiring stories and admirable deeds about their personal efforts, the young delegates from Thanh Hoa have helped spread the voice and aspirations of the youth of Thanh Hoa and enriched the living garden of the 11th National Competition Congress.
