– LEOVISTA KASHIWA won the Kanto block preliminaries following the Chiba prefecture preliminaries, and will participate in the national tournament –
National Amateur Basketball Championship: Won the Kanto Block Preliminaries; Won the title with a clean sweep following the Chiba Prefecture Preliminaries.
LEOVISTA KASHIWA, an adult basketball club based in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, achieved victory in the 8th All Japan Adult Basketball Championship Kanto Block Preliminaries.
We were able to achieve the great feat of winning the Kanto Block Preliminaries eight months after our founding, thanks to everyone who supports the club on a daily basis, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
As a result of this result, we have decided to participate in the All Japan Amateur Basketball Championship Kanto Block Preliminary Tournament to be held in February 2026.
In the Kanto block preliminaries, we continued to win with stable play in all matches.
In all the games, the players fought tenaciously until the end, defeating strong teams from the fiercely competitive Kanto region one after another, and were able to end the tournament with a clean sweep.
The entire team takes great pride in the fact that our daily efforts and teamwork led to the victory of the Kanto Tournament in such a short period of time.

My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported me and supported me
Despite the tournament being held in Ibaraki Prefecture, a large number of people rushed to the LEOVISTA cheering seats.
The warm support, which could not fit in the designated cheering seats, was the largest of any team participating, and was a source of strength for the players. I am truly happy that I was able to compete in such a wonderful environment and share the moment of victory with everyone.
We would like to once again express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has warmly supported us on a daily basis.
Challenge to the national tournament
With this victory, we have decided to participate in the 8th All Japan Amateur Basketball Championship, which will be held in Kyoto from February 21st (Sunday) to February 23rd (Tuesday), 2026.
The reason why our recently founded club has come this far is because of the support of the local community, especially Kashiwa City, and we believe that this victory is a result of the club and local community working together.
