Borussia Dortmund did good business in the Bundesliga on Friday evening. Borussia Mönchengladbach were defeated 2-0 at home. Afterwards, however, it was no longer about the match, but about Karim Adeyemi.

Adeyemi has been stirring things up in Germany for some time now. The attacker is in discussions with BVB about an extension of his contract and still does not know whether he will extend.

On Friday evening, the eleven-time international of Germany added a new episode to his soap opera. The attacker played a hell of a game against Gladback and was substituted after 59 minutes.

He was visibly frustrated with the substitution and stormed off the field cursing and ranting. Instead of taking a seat on the bench, he went straight to the changing rooms.

At that moment, technical director Sebastian Kehl jumped up from the bench, grabbed Adeyemi by the arm and summoned him to the Dortmund bench.

Afterwards, Kehl was furious about Adeyemi’s behavior. “This behavior will certainly be discussed. He will be fined for this,” he told Sky Sports.
