Thai E-Sport Athlete, Naphat Warasin or known Tokyogurl disqualified from SEA Games 2025 for cheating. Thailand felt embarrassed by this incident.
Tokyogurl was disqualified from the Arena of Valor match on Tuesday (16/12/2025). Because of this, he violated regulation 9.4.3 regarding the use of hardware.
Tokyogurl apparently used hardware that was illegally modified by a third party against Vietnam, Monday (15/12). In that match, Thailand was supposed to lose 0-3.

An investigation carried out by the SEA Games technical department finally found Tokyogurl guilty. He was immediately subject to the heaviest sanction, namely disqualification.
This decision was immediately followed up by the Thai E-Sport Federation. In the semifinal match SEA Games 2025 against Laos, Thailand chose to withdraw from the championship.
The decision was taken when Thailand was actually in the middle of a match, even leading 1-0. This resulted in Thailand being declared the loser, and Laos winning and advancing to the final
“I, as President of the Thai Esports Association and President of the Asian Esports Federation, I would like to announce that Thailand will withdraw its women’s team from the 33rd SEA Games, where Thailand is the host country,” he said, citing Vietnamese media, Thanh Nien.
“We respect every rule, respect friendship and the spirit of sport. What happened is a serious matter and out of control, but as the host country, we cannot allow the competition to continue in these circumstances,” he stressed.
Another report said, Tokyogurl also reportedly manipulated data during selection. It was rumored that he was using someone and playing on him.
Apart from that, Tokyogurl was also criticized for her gesture in a broadcast at the 2025 SEA Games. She raised her middle finger at the camera, which made many fans angry.
Laos finally advanced to the final and played Vietnam. Laos ultimately lost and only won the silver medal, when Vietnam won gold SEA Games 2025 from the women’s Arena of Valor event.
