Refund mechanism

1. A 20% handling fee will be charged for refunds from the date of ticket issuance to 2 days after ticket issuance (within 48 hours);

2. A 30% handling fee will be charged for refunds 2 days after the ticket is issued (after 48 hours);

3. Ticket refunds will be stopped 1 day before the game day (within 24 hours), please purchase tickets rationally.

Admission instructions
