Refund mechanism
1. A 20% handling fee will be charged for refunds from the date of ticket issuance to 2 days after ticket issuance (within 48 hours);
2. A 30% handling fee will be charged for refunds 2 days after the ticket is issued (after 48 hours);
3. Ticket refunds will be stopped 1 day before the game day (within 24 hours), please purchase tickets rationally.
Admission instructions

Please place all restricted items in lockers in advance. Security checkpoints are not responsible for keeping them.
7. Audiences are required to abide by the venue order management regulations for seated seating, watch the match in a civilized manner, and treat wins and losses rationally; obey the instructions of the on-site staff.
