Magnificent debut for goalkeeper Nerea Platero who in her first championship has managed to become champion.
Malaka is once again proud of its archers and the good results obtained this time in the Andalusian Championship of Various Divisions that concentrates the archers of the Longbow, Traditional, Standard and Naked Bow divisions.
The first positive point of this meeting has been the great participation of Malaka goalkeepers, ranking alongside the Asirios de Huelva club as the clubs with the highest participation, with 16 athletes each. A figure that increases every year and on this occasion with the incorporation of very young goalkeepers with great projection.
This has been the case of the young archer Nerea Platero who began practicing archery in August. Since then she has been following a personalized program by her coach Alberto Robles and has reached her first championship and has literally swept away her opponents, standing forcefully and with great solvency in a final where every arrow fought and gave the public one of the most exciting finals of the competition.
Nerea Platero has achieved Malaka’s only gold in this competition, but the rest of the club’s athletes have also been at a high level in both the Various Divisions Championship and the 3D Championship.

The good results obtained by the athletes from Various Divisions place Malaka as a multidisciplinary club where its athletes practice all the divisions and modalities of archery, achieving success in the different championships.
It is once again in second place in the ranking of Andalusian clubs, which demonstrates the quality of the training that the Malaka Shooting School provides to its athletes, both in lower categories and adults.
Archery in Malaga is growing and it is no longer a boom moment, but rather a constant trend. Proof of this are the data from this championship, both for the Malaka club and the rest of the Malaga clubs.

The high number of athletes in Malaga is making the Manuel Lloreda Shooting Range small. The Malaka club has been demanding larger and more adequate facilities to accommodate the projects it promotes such as Flechas Rosas Malagueñas for women survivors of breast cancer or the Málaga Archery School.
