What are the immediate feelings?
I don’t know what to say to that. I’m really upset because we started the match well. We wanted to score the first goal, we succeeded. We still had an empty goal there, some stoppage, unfortunately we didn’t hit it. Then it happened, it’s hard to say what. We stopped playing, let Lincoln on the ball and got a goal from the drive. Then we fell apart on chances we didn’t convert. We all have to take stock of what we have done. For the whole cabin, I have to say that we didn’t show much.
Couldn’t there be satisfaction and a feeling that it will work itself out after the first good quarter of an hour?
Then we lost the ball there… I think you saw it yourself. But the opponent was no slouch. They play in the Conference League and they punished us. Of course, if the match was 2:0 in the fifteenth minute, it would probably look different. Before we were managing the games 1-0 and now the luck has turned. We conceded two goals from two shots, which is bad.
What was missing was that you didn’t score those goals, you yourself had a chance after Šíp’s pass.
I guess it’s luck. I already went there for a long leg in a slide. I don’t even know how far from the gate it went. About a bit. Then I had a header that ended up on the post, Tiho and the goalkeeper collided there and the ball stayed on the line. We couldn’t even turn it around for a draw, which would probably have been enough to progress in the final.
You scored one goal. Shouldn’t others join you?
A tough question, but in the Conference League, defenders have been scoring goals for us now, so for the first time a striker has come through. I should have scored a second goal.
You were also at the first conceded goal when you did not jump in the fight. What happened?
I think I got my hand in the face there. But I’m not the one to grab him and fall to the ground. Then a goal is scored. How many times in your career do you get one like that? It wasn’t even a shot… The only thing left for us to do is apologize to the people who came here to see us. The road is long and we couldn’t give them what we wanted. We have to put it behind us and grab three points now in Zlín and confirm it against Lech next week.

The coach said that maybe the weight of the game got to you. How did you perceive it?
I don’t know. We were the favorite, the big one, and we didn’t make it. How it happened to us in Nový Sady. Although the opponent is absolutely impossible to compare, it is the second match that we should have won and we didn’t manage it again.
How much does defeat hurt towards advancement?
It really annoys me, I think all the guys too. If we manage to do it today, we will concentrate as much as possible on the last league match and next week we can play a calm match with Lech and still fight for the top eight. Instead, we’re in tao’s shit. We are going home to Olomouc, we are going with a little shame. It’s up to us now, we have to recover and make it up to the fans and rake in more next week.

Three championship defeats in a row. Will you be under pressure in both games?
Given the ambitions of Olomouc at the moment, we have to be under pressure every match. We want to win and now we have a streak of three games that we haven’t managed. We have to do everything we can to get our appetite right.
You said with shame. Do you see it that way?
Maybe that’s a strong word. Their players have the same points in the Conference League as us, they must have some quality. But we should have won at least a point. That’s what saddens me the most, that even that would probably be enough to advance.
