At some point that evening in Paris, as it was almost coming to an end, Vincent Kompany allowed himself a few breaks. That meant: For once, he didn’t rush back and forth in his coaching zone, which in the Prinzenpark has a very running-intensive shape, like a U. He also didn’t gesticulate in all directions, as he usually did almost constantly.
