Verschueren chairman and Bornauw CEO: this is Marc Coucke’s long-awaited plan for Anderlecht
Marc Coucke has ready his long-awaited future plan for Anderlecht. the strong man of purple and white wants too appoint Kenneth Bornauw as CEO, and a return for Michael Verschueren as chairman is also in the pipeline. Will Wouter Vandenhaute and co soon simply give the Board of Directors the green light?
While Marc Coucke revved the engines at his Zoute Grand Prix,he also quietly shifted gears with his long-awaited plan for Anderlecht.
After the dismissal of Wouter Vandenhaute as chairman of the record champions, Coucke promised to draw up a new structure that should bring Anderlecht back to the top.
the Purple & White owner now has that plan in place – with two old acquaintances in a leading role.
First and foremost, Kenneth Bornauw must become the new CEO. He left as CEO of Non Sports at Anderlecht in June after missing out on the CEO position.
The father of Sebastiaan Bornauw (ex-Anderlecht) must come above Tim Borguet, currently CEO Sports, in the redesigned organizational chart and will therefore have the final say in the most important decisions.
