Vainstein was detained at Bergamo Airport when he went to Italy at his son for a birthday.

The Latvian will be sentenced to four months’ imprisonment for non -compliance with family maintenance.

“I’m the first person in Italy to get to prison for non -payment of alimony. If I were an ordinary worker, I was never put in prison in my life, but this time I used my name,” Vainstein said in an interview with Sporta Avīze.
