Quimperlé Badminton: BCK – Top Badminton School

Three questions to …

Jérôme Aubert and Quentin Tuailloncoaches at the Badminton Club Kemperle.

What is the big news of the season?

We have passed club number 1 in French badminton schools. It should be noted that the first three badminton schools are Breton. The other two are those of Saint-Jacques, near Rennes, and Kervignac.

This classification is based on structures, the number of slots, the quality of training, arbitration, proposals made to young people … Before, we were still in the first ten but we did not expect that.

We are always 5 stars for the 4e Year, which allows us to be recognized as a school of sporting excellence. Last year, we had 420 members and our wish is to continue to offer good quality training to progress and have fun.

What are the changes in terms of training?

We have two additional slots: in Moëlan-sur-Mer on Thursday morning, Albert-Martin room, from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., for leisure, open to all from 16 years old; And a multisport niche (motor skills, awakening, integration into the group, etc.) at the Cordiers Dojo on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. (the niche 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. was already in place) for children from 3 to 6 years old. Thibaud Robin Le Floc’h, in BP training Apt physical activities for all, will take care of these groups but will also offer training on badminton slots. We also offer some additional training slots depending on the group.

What are the upcoming events for the coming season?

We are studying the possibility of relaunching a fluorescent evening in partnership with the West Spider Climbing Club. The interclubs will resume on September 20.

We will participate in the stadium towards employment. It is an event organized in partnership with France Labor and the Brittany Badminton League. We will be the support club of this day which will take place Thursday, September 25. In the morning, those who are looking for a job and employers will play badminton, without knowing who is. He will then be a shared meal. In the afternoon, there will be the lifting of anonymity, followed by a job dating. Morning anonymity makes it possible to reveal natural characters and skills.

Among all our events, we will be in charge of organizing the French veterans championship this year, for the 35 and over, that we had already had in 2018.
