Wheelchair badminton experience empathy for the employment of the disabled

[더팩트ㅣ황지향 기자] Korea & Company Group’s subsidiary -type disabled personnel Korea Circle Partners announced on the 11th that it conducted training on the public awareness of people with disabilities for 50 employees at the Korea Employment Agency for Disabled Employment Corporation.

‘On Court’, a training education for the disabled in the workplace, was held in June last year as a follow -up of the agreement to improve the development of the disabled badminton and the employment awareness of the disabled. The training was organized with the Korea Wheelchair Badminton Team to be sports on the coat so that participants can learn the meaning of employment of the disabled and expand the communication and consensus through lectures, quizzes and wheelchair badminton classes.

Participants experienced a game wheelchair experience, a one -on -one rally, and a match with the player. This training explained that the Korea & Company Group added meaning in connection with the national Badminton League, which has been participating as a representative sponsor for two consecutive years.

An official of the group said, “We have been able to understand and sympathize with the meaning of employment for the disabled through experience -type education.”

Founded in 2015, based on the ‘win -win’ philosophy of Chairman Cho Hyun -beom, Korea Circle Partners celebrated its 10th anniversary this year as the first standard for the disabled in the domestic tire industry. Currently, about 160 people with disabilities and non -disabled people work together in five categories, including laundry, bakery, cafes, car washes, and office administration.

The company has continued to improve treatment for long -term service for disabled workers, create a safe working environment, and operate a business adaptation program.
