After landing in Malpensa with the women’s women’s world champion of Pallavaolo, Julio Velasco made his “good luck” to Rino Gattuso in view of tonight’s match between Israel and Italy. “I met him in one of the many events we participate in – he said – he is a boy who knows everyone, he is extraordinary”. Then he added: “We tend to enhance ourselves too much when we win, to become superb sometimes, and to talk about disaster when you lose, saying that there are no longer the players of the past. It is not so. I remember that Italy won two worlds just as people said it was all a disaster”.
