The Mexican Diego Cervantes won the silver medal in the Pan American Fencing Pre-Olympic Tournament, which takes place in Costa Rica, after losing this Sunday in the foil final against Schembri Kruz, from the Virgin Islands, by 15-13. He was one step away from qualifying for Paris 2024.
