The Valle Archery Team was champion of the Interleague Tournament

In the city of eternal spring, the National Interleague Championship was held, this being the first of the year. Valle del Cauca was represented by 6 archers for a total of 41 participants nationwide.

The ‘red and white’ delegation he was left with the first place in the contest after obtaining 4 gold medals, 2 silver and 7 bronze medals.

Among the highlights was the performance of Jorge Enríquez, who obtained a silver medal in the recurve bow modality and Alejandra Usquiano, in the compound of the female branch. The archer won a bronze medal.

The podium is completed by the delegations of Risaralda and Bolívar. This National Championship granted quotas for the Colombian Archery Team. PFrom Valle del Cauca, both Enríquez and Usquiano were chosen to be part of the ‘coffee’ delegation.

The Colombian archery representatives are getting ready to play the next World Cup that will take place in Turkey, where they will seek to be protagonists.
