Prosecutor Celsa Ramírez, of the Specialized Unit in Massive Events of the City of Buenos Aires, initiated an investigation for alleged excess of public in the stadium of River in the match against Argentines. The cause is due to omission of collection and, according to the official, there were more people than should be in two stands. That is why a record was drawn up. If a breach is verified, the club is exposed to a fine. There is no risk of partial or total closure because for that to happen there must be danger in the structure.
The two sectors analyzed are Centenario Alta and Sívori Alta. The action of the Justice includes the recording of the images of the cameras of the stadium.
As reported by the Núñez club on its social networks, there were 83,198 people in the match against Argentinos.
How much can the fines be? From ten thousand to fifty thousand pesos, according to what the norm provides. The penalty is doubled if disorders, crowds or avalanches occur, or if the person charged as responsible is a member of the Board of Directors or the civil association organizing the massive sporting event. Due to the low amount, there is no cause for alarm in Núñez.
Celsa Ramírez is the same official who closed the Sur Alta tribune of the Bombonera in the match against Central Córdoba in Santiago de Estero.
