Villabonatarra trinquet player Eneko Maiz won a double victory yesterday at the start of the Biarritz Basque Pelota World Cup. The manista from Behar Zana beat the Cuban Lenoz 2-0 hand in hand (15-0 and 15-2) and together with the Navarrese Sánchez won 2-1 in pairs against the Mexicans Moreno and Mundo (12-15, 15-3 and 10-4).
