Shaquille ONeal’s unfriendly comment on Manu Ginóbili

The former American basketball player made an unfortunate and retrograde comment about the Argentine’s emotion during his speech at the Hall of Fame.

Emanuel Ginóbili entered the hall of fame after 16 years in the NBA and 23 years of professional basketball career. The Argentine gave a speech after being presented as a member at the Naismith Memorial Basketball during which there were tears and much emotion from the basketball player and his fans.

Ginobili earned congratulations from players around the world. However, this week Shaquille O’Neal, who used to be a legend of the Los Angeles Lakers and the NBA, made a retrograde, macho and unfortunate comment against Ginóbili.

“I am happy for Manuel. Manu definitely deserved to be there, as did Tim Hardaway and Del Harris. So congratulations to all the guys,” he said on it on his show called “The Big Podcast”.

After his words, he made a totally out of place comment for these times and, after feigning emotion to make fun of the Argentine, said: “Real players like Spice (Anthony Adams) and I don’t cry. There is no crying in basketball.”
