Back to the field and rain of new things for the Cross du Figaro NordicTrack

After a “virtual” edition, the 49e edition of the famous Cross will rediscover the alleys of the Parc de Saint-Cloud at the end of the week. With many new features.

We meet once again. And how we like it… After a virtual edition, thank you the Covid, the Cross du Figaro will drive back the alleys of the Parc de Saint-Cloud next weekend for a big reunion. With several new features and three planned highlights. This Friday, a big first, with a new non-timed 5km night race, The Run in Light. Departure at 8 p.m. and after Run for the brave revelers. Who can meet if they wish on Sunday for the Cross du Figaro NordicTrack. With four proposed distances: 20 km, 15 km (start at 9 a.m.) and 10 km, 5 km (start at 11:30 a.m.). These last two distances will constitute the official start of the Telethon, which the Cross has supported for many years. This year, unlike the previous routes, a 10 km loop has been designed (used in part for the 5 km), and good news, the village will move back up to the railing with a breathtaking view of Paris.

Eight treadmills to win

Finally, building on the success of the virtual cross country organized last year, the Connected Challenge is offered to runners more or less distant, in collaboration with Running Heroes. All this week, it is possible to run 5 km for the benefit of the Telethon, outside or on your treadmill. And in particular those of NordicTrack, world leader in home sports equipment and naming partner of the Cross du Figaro. Eight NordicTrack treadmills will be up for grabs for participants by drawing lots, ten Le Figaro Billetterie gift cards worth € 50 each to reward the first five men and women.

« Our French subsidiary of the iFIT Group is proud to be the title partner of the Cross du Figaro and to be associated with the French running event at the end of the year as well as to support research against rare diseases through the AFM Téléthon. The company EY will again this year be the partner of the business challenge, of which 600 of its employees will start on Sunday at 9 am and which will host the official awards ceremony on Monday 29 at the EY Tower in La Défense.
